INFORMATION

During our visit to your home, we will only clean rooms that you are comfortable with us cleaning.  Also, for each room, we dedicate any time that is needed to get the job done! Family members, Diane and Nancy will help assist me with most cleans.  Here is a breakdown of what we clean in each room:

Bathroom: Vanity, sink, toilet, mirror(s), bathtub, floor, any additional dusting.

Kitchen: Counter tops, sink, floor, stove, appliances, any additional dusting.

​

Living/family rooms: Dusting, vacuuming/washing of floor(s) and furniture.

​

Additional rooms: Dusting, washing floors/vacuuming, make beds.

​

**Cleaning of base boards and ceiling fans/light fixtures are also included with the first initial clean and maintained with additional cleaning visits.

Fees:

For the first initial clean, we charge a fee of $25 an hour. After the first initial clean, we do a maintenance clean of your home with the cost of $90 per every 1,000 square feet.  Any additional work can be discussed for an additional charge.  Any discounts and/or adjustment in price will be made at the time of the cleaning.  Payments will be made in person either by cash, check, or by using the "square" card reader.  Receipt will also be provided upon request.
